How do I find out the price or availability of a product?
You can find the price and availability of our products by searching our database. Click here to go to the
Search Engine and select a brand.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of online orders by clicking
here. If you placed your order over the phone, fax or mail, please email us at feedback@helminc.com and we'll contact you with the status. Emails are answered within 24 hours. You can also call us to check the status of your order at (800) 782-4356.

How do I know I actually submitted my order?
If you have submitted your order, you will be taken to a screen called, "Purchase Confirmation." This page takes a few moments to load. Please be patient. In addition, if you successfully submitted your order and you provided your e-mail address, you will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail.

The publication I want says "Item temporarily unavailable. The item will be available on 'date'. Click here if you would like to be notified when this item becomes available."
Complete the email notification form, and you will receive notice when the item becomes available. You will receive confirmation that your email was received.

The publication I want says "NOTE: Currently we do not have this item in stock, but if you add this item to your cart it will be backordered for you."
Although we work hard at ensuring inventory is available for you at all times, sometimes backorders do occur. In the event of an unavailable item, you will be able to add the item to your order and once the item becomes available it will be shipped to you immediately.

Print to Order items are printed by Helm on an as-requested basis and are digitally re-produced from the original. Print to Order items require additional time for processing. Please allow approximately four extra days to process, in addition to normal order processing and shipping.

How do I receive a credit for my purchase?
Call Helm at (800) 782-4356 within 30 days of your order. Returns are accepted with advanced authorization ONLY. Restocking fees (the greater of $10 or 25%) will apply. Material returned without authorization or after the 30 day deadline are subject to refusal. Please verify your order immediately upon receipt.
